The Blackhole and rate-limit traffic can be used to easily blackhole all traffic to a single vhost as an effective method to prevent an attack to a single vhost by dropping all traffic at Nginx level and preventing it from passing on to Apache httpd https://i.imgur.com/86LaJSH.png
Suspended account now gets set to 'RateLimit All traffic' template to prevent abuse
