Off recent, we have received multiple support requests from the server owners installed with CloudLinux+mod_lsapi
seeing a random 5xx error in XtendWeb (nginx ) in PROXY mode
The issue manifests itself as random 500 error, high connection count to httpd etc.
The root cause is Apache segfaulting

in /etc/apache2/logs/error_log
AH00052: child pid xxxx exit signal Segmentation fault (11)

and the fix is to upgrade lsapi
